PB Grade: Denser beans, fruit- forward, enhanced sweetness, honey or sugar browns, richer body. The beauty of Peaberry coffee is that it brews well with most methods, but there are a few key things to remember to unlock it full potential:
French Press:
The immersion method of the French Press works well with peaberries. Use a coarse grind and steep for 3-4 minutes, then press slowly a clean cup.
This is a matter of personal preference, but a good starting point is 1-2 tablespoons of ground coffee for every 6 ounces of water. You can adjust based on how strong you like your coffee.
